Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return, products must:

SNEAKER CARE SERVICES

Because every sneaker service is customized and performed specifically for your pair, completed cleaning and restoration services are non-refundable.

However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you have concerns about a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your sneakers so we can review your experience and determine an appropriate resolution.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
